Kendall Fitzgerald,
Director

Kendall is a proud Kaurna and Narungga woman and Director of Mararna – brings strong cultural leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful outcomes for First Nations peoples. Grounded in strong community connections, Kendall’s work is informed by lived experience and ongoing engagement with community, ensuring culturally respectful and community-led approaches are embedded in everything she does.

Kendall leads with integrity, building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across community, government, and organisational settings. She is deeply committed to advancing First Nations employment opportunities and strengthening pathways that support long-term economic participation. By centring community voices and fostering genuine partnerships, Kendall ensures initiatives are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with community aspirations.

Kim Watts,
Director

Kim is a Company Director and Business Performance Management expert, with extensive experience across finance, strategy, and operational leadership. She brings a strong commercial lens to governance, supporting sustainable growth through alignment of strategy, people, and financial performance.

Kim brings a deep, practical understanding of how organisations actually operate. Her career spans a wide range of industries, including Public Relations, Manufacturing, Construction, Government Relations, Clean Technology, and Commercialisation, enabling her to quickly identify the levers that matter most – commercially, operationally, and financially. Recognised for her strong financial expertise and strategic insight, Kim provides clarity and discipline to complex environments. She excels in strengthening decision-making, improving cash flow and profitability, and embedding best-practice management processes that enable teams to perform at their best.

Ashley Carr,
National Compliance Manager

Ashley is the National Compliance Manager, responsible for overseeing safety, quality, and compliance across the business. With a strong focus on operational excellence, Ashley works closely with teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure systems, processes, and practices not only meet regulatory requirements but support safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.

Known for her approachable nature and collaborative style, Ashley is often the go-to person for guidance and support. She brings a safety-driven mindset, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement, helping embed a positive compliance culture across the organisation. Ashley is passionate about adding value through practical solutions, strong relationships, and ongoing learning that supports both the business and its people.

Ben Sergi,
Service Delivery Manger

Ben Sergi is the Service Manager at Mararna HVAC, bringing more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC&R industry. With a strong background in installation, maintenance, and service of complex heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, Ben leads Mararna’s service operations with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Before joining Mararna, Ben held supervisory and technical roles delivering maintenance and infrastructure services across large-scale facilities, including public and private sector projects. His experience managing multidisciplinary trade teams and coordinating contractors enables him to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Ben is known for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to safety and operational excellence. He works closely with technicians, clients, and stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery while maintaining Mararna’s high standards of compliance and performance.
